In addition to physical products, Cheshire Padel Rentals offers professional padel ball machine hire.

Ball machine hire bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once payment has been received and your booking has been accepted by us.

We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule or cancel a booking where necessary due to equipment maintenance, weather conditions, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase products or book services from Cheshire Padel Rentals.

Orders are not accepted until we have confirmed acceptance and successfully processed payment.

Please check your order carefully before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may not always be possible once an order has been accepted.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you using the details provided and offer an alternative solution or a full refund where appropriate.

Ball machine hire bookings are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Requested hire dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by Cheshire Padel Rentals.

All purchases are intended for personal use unless otherwise agreed.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, promotions and discounts are subject to change without notice.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes, delivery charges or import duties.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information.

By placing an order you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
  • Your payment information is accurate.
  • You agree to pay all applicable charges associated with your purchase.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Physical products will be dispatched as soon as reasonably possible after your order has been placed.

Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

Cheshire Padel Rentals is not responsible for delays caused by delivery companies or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

Ball machine hire is available via local delivery or customer collection, depending on the booking selected.

Collection and delivery arrangements will be confirmed directly with the customer once the booking has been accepted.

Risk for purchased goods passes to the customer once the products have been delivered.

SECTION 6 - BALL MACHINE HIRE

Customers hiring equipment are responsible for taking reasonable care of the hired ball machine throughout the hire period.

The equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied, allowing for normal wear and tear.

Customers are responsible for any loss, theft or damage resulting from negligence, misuse or failure to follow the supplied operating instructions.

Cheshire Padel Rentals reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacement where equipment has been deliberately damaged, neglected or misused.

By hiring the equipment, customers confirm that they understand how to operate the machine safely or will request guidance before use.

 

SECTION 6A – SAFE USE OF HIRED EQUIPMENT

By hiring and using equipment supplied by Cheshire Padel Rentals, you acknowledge and agree that use of the ball machine is entirely at your own risk.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the equipment is used safely, correctly and in accordance with any instructions provided.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all persons using the equipment are capable of doing so safely and are supervised where appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cheshire Padel Rentals accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from the misuse, incorrect operation or use of the ball machine or associated equipment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

 

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to tools or services offered by third parties through our website. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind.

We do not monitor or control these third-party tools and are not responsible for their functionality, availability or performance.

Your use of any optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
